Greg Norman's Southern Cross Developments continues push into Asia with announcement of second project in Vietnam

Southern Cross Developments International, Greg Norman's branded real estate company, continues to expand its presence in Asia with the recent announcement of its second residential project in Vietnam.

Southern Cross' first development in Vietnam, "Reflection by Greg Norman", is an exclusive enclave of 52 luxury residences overlooking the Norman-designed golf course at Saigon Golf-Country Club & Residences. Located just 10 minutes from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, Reflection by Greg Norman will be the first Signature residential housing product for Greg Norman in Asia. Developed by Saigon Development and Investment Corporation, the contemporary houses have been designed in conjunction with internationally renowned architects Alex Popov & Associates and emphasize the indoor/outdoor living philosophy that is the trademark of all Norman-branded villas. The initial sales launch for Reflection by Greg Norman is set to take place in mid-2010.

Southern Cross's second foray into Vietnam was announced earlier this month with the signing of an agreement to develop its internationally renowned Norman Estates product at Danang Beach Resort. Just steps from the world-famous China Beach, "Norman Estates at Danang Beach Resort" will be developed by VinaLiving (a subsidiary of VinaCapital) on a parcel adjacent to the Norman-designed "The Dunes Golf Club". The Norman Estates villas will be designed in conjunction with an internationally renowned Asian architect and will feature lifestyle-focused designs that capitalize on the prime coastal location and proximity to the first class amenities of the Danang Beach Resort. The initial sales launch for Norman Estates is expected to take place in late-2010.
